Printing your own high quality poster and postcard

Another post which is not related with album and single review but I'll post a new one on Monday. In the meantime, I would like to say something about printing your own poster and postcard. Of course, you must be wondering why in the world I'm talking about printing your own posters (or even postcard) if you can simply get it for free when you buy first press or even magazine.
This is absolutely true but as far as the investment is concerned, I know majority of us bought the magazine because we want the poster. Okay, you'll say that you're buying the mags because you want to support the band (even I also give the same reason). But still, sometimes buying the mag can be really costly especially if all I ever want is just the poster. This gives me another option of printing my own poster. Poster printing and postcard printing has never crossed my mind before but the idea is thrilling.
Okay, here's the benefit of printing your own poster and postcard:

Obviously you can use the picture that you like. Only certain stores carry individual poster and it's in limited quantity. I know most of you are dying to get the individual posters and even postcard (some stores also give postcard as a first press bonus) but as we live outside Japan, there's no way we can get our hands on those stuff unless you ask someone to buy for you. It's up to you but for me, printing my own poster will make me have the freedom to choose whatever picture I like since I don't really like the free poster sometimes (I'm referring to the individual poster here).

You can customize the poster whichever way you want. I've mentioned in my first point before that you have the freedom to create your desired poster so I'm going to emphasize it again. What I mean with customization is you can always add your personal touch on your own poster. Just like what we always did to create icons, avatar, and banner, you can also do the same for your poster (postcard included obviously). Definitely, your poster will always be one-of-a-kind poster because only YOU have that poster. Sounds great isn't it?

Now, here's the fun part. If you have the creative mind and skill, you can always use this opportunity to make money with designing the poster for other people. Of course, you need to have the poster first then you can use it as a testimonial to show off the poster quality and also your skill. This is not just limited to visual-kei bands stuff but also for anybody who wants to have a unique poster of their own.
