Plastic Tree - Cell album review
January 25th 2009 07:51
Plastic Tree's album which was released after Shiro Kuronikuru. The cover below is for first press release.
Tracklist:
1. Cell
2. Melancholic
3. Harusaki Sentimental
4. Dance Macabre
5. Kaibutsu-kun
6. Crack Pot
7. Yuki Hotaru
8. Comic Youth
9. Harienju
10. Uwa No Sora
11. Yume No Shima
Comment: I must say that this album is a lot better than their previous album, Shiro Kuronikuru. I've no sentiment with Shiro Kuronikuru but I think this album has more variety in terms of music. Besides that, this album also have all of the singles release during that time such as Melancholic, Harusaki Sentimental and Yuki Hotaru making this album a must have especially if you have listened to any of the singles. Musical-wise, the music in this album is pretty carefree so when you listen to this album, you feel like you're in another dimension. I don't know whether it's a good thing or not, but I find this album amazing. I know I brag too much about the atmosphere they make you feel when listening to this album, but it's something that you shouldn't fear about. This album can be a good introduction who has never heard or listened to Plastic Tree before.
