Gazette - TOXIC cover

Yup, the cover for Gazette's new album TOXIC is already announced in their OHP. Here are the covers for those who haven't seen the covers yet.

Now, my fangirl mode has been turned on and I'm sorry that my rant is not on the album cover but basically it's on Uruha. Now, I'm saying it upfront.
To be honest, I am beyond shocked because apart from the fact that the leather/PVC jacket seems to be inspired from Vegeta's outfit, Uruha is wearing a skirt and it's a maxi skirt O__O
I don't know why he was told to wear something terrifying as this but at the end of the day, I think they just want him to look different than everybody else. With the exception of Ruki because we know how quirky is his fashion sense is. It's hard for me to deny the fact that he's wearing a skirt but I would rather him seeing in a skirt than a short with garter.
It's nice that they're trying to cover his legs but why don't they just let him wear a normal pants instead? At the end of the day, he still have this distinctive aura even though he is just wearing a normal pants.
