This is a huge surprise for me when I listened to Filth In The Beauty for the first time. The combination of Rock and R n' B really makes this song a whole lot different than any other songs. I don't despise R n' B but it's amazing that they can produce such a unique song. Some people who really hate R n' B so badly will think that it's crappy because they didn't listen to the song fully. If you're worried so much about how weird is this song, the R n' B element presented in this song is very mild. It may give you a different sound but it didn't swallow Uruha's guitar so don't worry so much about that. Listen to it first before you start dumping this song.
As for Rich Excrement, it's the typical Gazette sound with the fast beat music and....I can say that Ruki sounds like he's growling here. Well, I just take it with a pinch of salt and this song is great despite of Ruki's growling, lol.
Crucify Sorrow is just a bit slower than Rich Excrement. I love this song too but it doesn't make me feel so hooked that much.
Overall, I prefer this single more than their previous single, Regret. Firstly, I'm so addicted to Filth In The Beauty because of how unique is the music making this song a lot different than any other of their songs so I can say that their experiment with this kind of element is a huge success. Not just the song Filth In The Beauty itself, but other songs in this single are also as good as Filth In The Beauty. The best part, I'm in love with the whole single when I listened to it for the first time. So, this single is worth it even though it's not really a new single.
