To be honest, I'm already hooked with this song when I listened to the preview in Aoi's Hollyhock Radio. Even though it's just a preview, it's enough to make me hooked and the feeling is still lingered even after listening to the full version. I must say this is the best single I've ever listened to compared to their previous singles, Guren and LEECH. I know the word 'Best' seems too powerful for this but I find that this single is really different. You can see how much effort they have put for this song especially. I'm not saying that they didn't put much effort on their previous singles but they have put way too much effort which it turns out to be extremely good. If you're not Gazette fan yet, you should really give this song a listen. This is a song I highly recommend to people who have never listened to Gazette before.
Let's move on to Headache Man. I know the title sounds funny at first but this is the song I really love the most (I put this song on a repeat XD). Forget about the title then. Musically-wise, this song really does have the heavy metal style which I find it really amazing. The guitar is really amazing. You may not like Ruki's scream which adds the metal feeling even more but the scream really blends in very well. I'm really amazed with this song's composition. You may hate this kind of song if you don't like heavy music, but for those who couldn't care less about the heavy music, this song is perfect for head banging.
As for Without A Trace, this song is laid-back compared to Headache Man but it is still a nice song. The switching between the acoustic guitar and the electric guitar creates more impact for this song, making this song having both slow and heavy part. I love this song too but I prefer Headache Man more than this song.
Overall, I really love this single very much because I think this is their best single. I would highly recommend you to listen to this single if you have never heard of Gazette before. If you are already Gazette fan, this is a single that you shouldn't miss out. You'll never know what they will do for the album version for this single just like what Alice Nine did to their song Mirror Ball for their album, Vandalize.
